True Blonde?

I have never got into 'True Blood' but i have heard good things. I can't figure out whether i like Anna Paquin or not. On the plus side, i do like her hair, she is naturally brunette yet is rockin' the blonde. Especially in her latest shoot for Nylon. Pretty.

It might just be that i can't get past my vision of 'Rogue' from x-men.

I am back from my travels! So will blog more, but am goin away again on Saturday! Sorry to neglect you!

I will post a few photographs from Europe soon, but i havn't had chance to sort through them all yet!

Anyway, on a split decision i decided to see if there were any gigs coming up as i very much miss going to them! My friend's boyfriend is in a band called Young Guns, and they had a gig on Saturday. We all decided to go, and it turned out to be awesome! There were four bands altogether, but i only liked two, that would be Young Guns, and Dog is Dead. Definately definately check them out on Myspace, it is well worth it!

mtv moves

Those of you familiar with the MTV Movie awards will know that there is an award for best kiss. It is also a well know fact and tradition that the said couple that win, and this is the best bit, have to re-create that kiss in a similar way when receiving their award. Trust me, it's awesome! The winners for 2007 were Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams for the Notebook, i wont spoil it, but this one was my favourite. The winners for 2008 were Robert Hoffman and Briana Evigan for Step Up 2 The Streets, a very good kiss. Now, as we all know, Twilight was released last year, and so it came as no surprise when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won best kiss. However, when i watched the footage from the live show, i was SHOCKED! Again, i wont spoil it, but you have to check it out. It's downright scandalous.

They say you wont fool them. Suprisingly enough, this wasn't my idea, my sister actually requested i take some photographs of them for their 'school project'.

It consisted of two different outfits, and i will point out that they are in all my clothes, (pretty much).

It's upsetting that they A, fit them, and B, they look better on them.

good girl gone bad

I am actually in love with the new cobra starship song, good girls go bad. Just as i was in love with their much older one, snakes on a plane (bring it). However, this one has a rather larger appeal as, wait for it, Miss Leighton Meester is singing on it! And her voice is amazing! I had heard her singing a couple of weeks ago - a cover of Bette Davis Eyes (which is also definately worth a check out) and they both give us a taste of what to expect when her new record comes out.
On the other side of the Gossip Girl world, little Taylor Momsen is also in a band, called Pretty Reckless. Her sound has a lot more punky grungy home-made band feel to it, but i freaking love it also!

peaches and cream

I hate peaches and cream. I am also not overly fond of Peaches Geldof, yet they force me to read her monthly column in every damn issue of nylon. (heart). Anyway, aside from actually finding an article she wrote that i liked (nylon april- it was about geek lovin'... toootally up my street) i also decied to check out her apartment on the selby . com. I loved it, lets see if you do too. (jealous).

To make me feel better, i did realise she has gross feet, and also theselby.com is my new favourite thing
